SAO PAULO — Honda has officially launched the 2027 CB300F Twister in Brazil, introducing a suite of technology and feature upgrades to its compact 300cc naked motorcycle. Designed primarily for daily urban commuting, the updated model maintains the lightweight, agile chassis that has made the nameplate a staple in the Brazilian market.
This refresh comes as the streetfighter segment faces increased pressure to balance aggressive styling with practical daily utility. Honda has opted to retain its proven platform while integrating modern elements to ensure the bike remains competitive against rivals like the Bajaj Dominar 250.
Engine Performance and Flex-Fuel Capability
Under the fuel tank, the mechanical architecture remains unchanged. The 2027 CB300F Twister continues to be powered by a 293.5 cc single-cylinder, SOHC, PGM-FI engine equipped with air and oil cooling. The powertrain delivers 24.1 horsepower when fueled with gasoline, or 24.4 horsepower using ethanol, both peaking at 7,500 rpm.
Peak torque figures also hold steady, reaching 25.6 Nm on gasoline and 26.2 Nm on ethanol, with maximum pull arriving at 5,500 rpm. Power is delivered through a 6-speed manual transmission. The bike’s fuel-injection system remains a key selling point in Brazil, offering full compatibility for both gasoline and ethanol fuels to suit local market preferences.

Visually, the 2027 model preserves the signature Honda CB design language. The bike features an aggressive front fascia and a slim, sharp-edged body design highlighted by pointed tank shrouds. The wide handlebar positioning creates an upright, comfortable stance suited for dense city traffic.
