Stille Q3 Earnings: Revenue Rises, Cash Flow Strengthens
Stille reported Q3 2026 revenue of SEK 170.6 million, up from SEK 138.8 million a year earlier, while net income reached SEK 24.5 million. The surgical…

Stille Q3 earnings showed revenue rising to SEK 170.6m and net income reaching SEK 24.5m, while the Swedish surgical equipment company’s share price barely moved after the results. The third-quarter figures point to stronger profitability and cash generation, though the report also identifies tariff refunds and unusually strong Tables growth as factors behind performance.
Revenue in Q3 2026 was SEK 170.6m, compared with SEK 138.8m in Q3 2025, an increase of roughly 23%, according to the results reported by Yahoo Finance. Basic earnings per share rose to SEK 2.73 from SEK 0.10.
Net income climbed to SEK 24.5m from SEK 0.9m a year earlier. The comparison reflects a much lower prior-year base, the report said. Trailing 12-month net margin improved to 10.7% from 10.0%.
Stille Q3 earnings show stronger cash generation
Cash flow also strengthened. Operating cash flow was SEK 34m in Q3, while the year-to-date figure reached SEK 91.2m. The report said operating cash flow had more than doubled year to date.
That matters because reported profit and cash generated by operations do not always move in tandem. Stille’s figures show both rising in the period described, but the report cautions that working-capital timing and one-off items may affect how durable the cash performance proves to be.
Cash and cash equivalents stood at SEK 170.7m, with net cash of SEK 60.6m. The quarter included SEK 5.2m in tariff refunds. The report also described year-to-date Tables growth of roughly 30% as extraordinary, pointing to elements that may not recur at the same pace.
Surgical Instruments growth and delivery improvements
Surgical Instruments generated SEK 133.8m, with organic growth of 18.9%. Yahoo Finance attributed the increase to improved availability and lower backlogs.
The company’s operational changes include improved supplier management, higher production capacity at S&T and a deliberate inventory build, according to a bullish assessment quoted in the report. The assessment said those steps were shortening delivery times and reducing back orders in Surgical Instruments.
“Improved supplier management, higher production capacity at S&T and a deliberate build in inventory are already shortening delivery times and reducing back orders in Surgical Instruments. This can support sustained revenue growth and more efficient use of working capital.”
Gross margin reached 49.9%. Together with operating cash flow of SEK 34m, the figures indicate that improved product availability and reduced backlogs coincided with stronger margins and cash generation in the quarter.
There are caveats. The report’s cautious assessment questioned how much cash flow depends on working-capital timing or nonrecurring tariff refunds, and pointed to the unusually strong Tables growth. That leaves investors weighing solid reported results against the possibility that some contributors are temporary or uneven.
Stille’s shares were at SEK257.5 before the earnings release, after what the report described as a steady few months. The stock barely moved when the results came out, despite the rise in revenue, earnings and cash flow.
The next question raised by the report is whether Stille can sustain the operational gains behind shorter delivery times and lower backlogs while continuing to convert earnings into cash. The company’s subsequent results will show whether the quarter’s improvement persists beyond the effects of refunds and lumpy growth.
