Copyright & DMCA Policy (Notice and Takedown)

JournalArta respects intellectual property rights and complies with Law No. 28 of 2014 on Copyright as well as the DMCA principles for international reporting. We respond to legitimate notices of alleged copyright infringement.

If you are a copyright owner (or their authorized agent) and believe there is infringing content on JournalArta, send a Takedown Notice.

How to Submit — email [email protected], subject "DMCA Takedown", and include:

Identification of the infringed work (title/original link).
The full URL of the allegedly infringing content on JournalArta.
Your contact details (name, address, email, phone).
A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized.
A statement of accuracy and that you are the owner/authorized party.
Signature (physical/electronic).

Our Action — we review within 1×24 to 3×24 business hours, remove/disable content proven to be infringing, and notify the uploader where relevant.

Counter-Notice — if a removal is mistaken (e.g., fair use/permission exists), send a rebuttal to the same email with the content URL + contact details + a good-faith statement.

Repeat Infringers — content/access of contributors who repeatedly infringe may be terminated.

Attribution — we strive to include sources/credits; report any errors via email or the Contact page.
