PANGKALPINANG, JOURNALARTA.COM – The alleged bullying case involving Bharada Muhammad Hafizh Pratama continues to draw broad public attention from various elements of society. This time, firm support and a statement of position were delivered by the Head of the Bangka Belitung Provincial DPW of the Indonesian Traditional Community High Institution (LEMTARI), Dato Sardi Alpalangasi.
In his official statement on Tuesday (23/6/2026), Dato Sardi stressed that the alleged bullying, which was allegedly carried out by senior personnel in the environment where Hafizh serves, is a serious matter that must not be taken lightly.
โIf these allegations are proven true, then such actions constitute a violation of humanitarian values, ethics, and the principles of justice that should serve as the main foundation of every institution, especially institutions tasked with maintaining order and upholding the law,โ he said firmly.
He emphasized that there is no place for any form of bullying. Every individual is entitled to humane, fair, and dignified treatment. LEMTARI Bangka Belitung formally voiced moral support for Bharada Hafizh and his family, who continue to seek justice through lawful channels.
According to Dato Sardi, the familyโs efforts are a constitutional right of citizens that must be respected and protected by the state. For that reason, he underlined that there must be no intimidation, pressure, or anything else that could hinder the search for the truth.
He further called for the case to be investigated thoroughly, transparently, and professionally. Legal proceedings must move objectively, without intervention or favoritism toward anyone.
โNo party should be protected if proven guilty. On the other hand, no one should be harmed without clear evidence. Everything must be opened up plainly so the public knows the real facts,โ he said.
He added that transparency in handling the case is key to preserving public trust in law enforcement institutions. If the case is not handled transparently, room for speculation and public distrust will only widen.
Dato Sardi also reminded that justice cannot be measured by a personโs position, power, or influence. Justice must be upheld based on valid facts and evidence.
โLEMTARI Bangka Belitung hopes the truth will be revealed as clearly as possible. Justice must be upheld to protect the dignity of the law and public trust. Truth may be delayed, but it will never disappear. Justice must stand on facts, not power,โ he concluded.
The statement adds to a growing list of support from various parties calling for the case to be handled fairly and without favoritism in the name of upholding the rule of law. (KBO Babel)
