Police in South Africa have recovered firearms they believe belonged to two anti-gang unit officers killed in Reiger Park late Friday. The weapons were found Monday morning in Dukathole, Germiston, after investigators followed leads gathered during the probe.
The rifles are believed to be linked to Const Thapelo Tlomatsane, 29, and Const Sphiwe Sibeko, who were among four people killed in the shooting. Officers from the Germiston police, the anti-gang unit and the Hawks took part in the operation.
