For smoother access, try opening it between 08.00 and 15.00 WIB. The server tends to be more stable during office hours than at night.

3. Call Center 175

Not everyone is comfortable using an app. For those who prefer speaking directly, call 175 from a mobile phone or landline for free, with no extra call charges.

What You Need to Prepare

Before checking through any method, make sure these three things are ready:

First, the KPJ number, which has 11 digits and is printed on the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan participant card. Second, an active NIK from your ID card that is registered in the system.
