Four teenagers have now been charged, according to Montgomery County police. A 14-year-old boy was charged as an adult with attempted first-degree murder and related offenses. A 16-year-old boy was charged as an adult with armed robbery and related charges. Another 14-year-old was charged as a juvenile with armed robbery, conspiracy, theft and second-degree assault.
