JAKARTA — Antam Gold Price June 25, 2026: Reference Levels and Drivers will only be confirmed when PT Aneka Tambang (Persero) Tbk posts its official selling price and buyback rate at 09:00 WIB on Thursday, June 25, 2026. For now, Wednesday’s June 24 price is the closest benchmark for anyone tracking the next move.

The gap matters. A lower reference price can affect retail buyers, while a softer buyback rate trims what sellers take home if they cash out the metal the same day.

June 24 benchmark points to softer tone

On Wednesday, June 24, 2026, Antam’s 1 gram gold bar sold at Rp2,661,638, down 0.67% from the previous session. The 0.5 gram bar was priced at Rp1,380,944, while the 10 gram bar stood at Rp26,110,113 and the 100 gram bar at Rp260,361,280.

Antam’s buyback price for 1 gram gold was Rp2,372,000 that day. It fell Rp36,000, or about 1.50%, from the prior day. The spread between the selling price and buyback price remains part of the company’s margin, and that difference is what many retail investors keep an eye on before they decide to buy or sell.

Why the Antam gold price moves

Antam does not set prices in a vacuum. The company adjusts its selling and buyback rates every business day at 09:00 WIB, and the number moves with three main forces: global gold prices, the rupiah exchange rate, and internal pricing policy.

Global gold, often tracked as XAUUSD, can swing almost every second. Traders react to US inflation data, Federal Reserve interest-rate expectations, and geopolitical tension. When global markets turn uneasy, gold tends to draw demand because investors treat it as a safe-haven asset.

The rupiah matters just as much. If the US dollar strengthens against the rupiah, Antam gold prices in Indonesia often rise even when international gold is flat. A stronger rupiah can ease pressure on domestic prices, while a weaker currency usually pushes them higher.

What investors should watch next

For the next few sessions, the market will likely focus on the United States Personal Consumption Expenditures, or PCE, inflation data due later this month. PCE is one of the Federal Reserve’s preferred inflation gauges. If it comes in hot, expectations for rate cuts can fade, and that usually weighs on gold because the metal does not pay interest.

Geopolitics is another trigger. A jump in global tension often sends money back into gold, and that can feed straight into Antam’s local pricing. Commodity market analyst Indah Kirana of Capital Futures said that gold’s role as a defensive asset still drives demand when uncertainty rises.

“Gold always becomes a top choice when global uncertainty rises. That is its status as a safe haven,” Indah said on Tuesday, June 24, 2026.

Why this matters for Indonesian buyers

For Indonesian consumers, the June 25 update is not just a headline number. It affects entry costs for small investors buying 0.5 gram or 1 gram bars, and it also shapes the cash value received by sellers who plan to unwind holdings. A difference of tens of thousands of rupiah per gram can add up fast when someone buys several bars at once.

That is why many buyers follow Antam’s official price board before going to a boutique or placing an order online. The official website at logammulia.com remains the main reference, while the EmasKu app sends morning price alerts. Antam boutiques in places such as Pulogadung and Graha Dipta also display updated price boards, though local stock and shipping costs can create small differences.

The broader trend still leans upward over a longer horizon. Over the past month, Antam gold prices fell 5.28%, equal to Rp148,370 per gram. Over one week, they dropped 2.85%, or around Rp78,195 per gram. But over one year, Antam gold rose 37.42%, adding Rp724,808 per gram, a sign that the recent pullback sits inside a much larger rally.

That long-term gain helps explain why many households keep gold as a store of value rather than a short-term trade. Indah said the current correction was normal after gold hit an all-time high in May 2026.

Tax rules still cut into returns

Anyone buying or selling also has to factor in tax. Purchases of Antam gold are subject to Article 22 income tax. Taxpayers with a tax identification number, or NPWP, pay 0.45%, while those without one pay 0.9%.

Buyback transactions carry another Article 22 deduction when the resale value is above Rp10 million. NPWP holders are charged 1.5%, and non-holders 3%. The deduction happens at the point of sale, so the amount transferred to the seller is lower than the posted buyback figure.

Antam will release the June 25, 2026 price at 09:00 WIB, and that fresh quote will show whether the softer tone from June 24 extends into the next session or gives way to a rebound.
